Citizens Phone Banking
Before using Citizens Phone Banking, make sure
you have your account number(s) handy. Also have your
Personal Identification Number (PIN) available.

for the greeting, then follow the simple instruction
given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series

Instruction
Menu:
-
To access information you will need your account number
and your four digit Personal Identification Number.
The last four digits of your social security or tax
I.D. number have been assigned as your initial P.I.N.
number. The first time you access your accounts you
will be required to change you social security or tax
I.D. to any other four digit number.
- The
accounts information and funds transfer menu provides
access to checking, savings, consumer and mortgage loans
and time deposit accounts, as well as the ability to
transfer funds.

The checking and savings menus provide access to your
account balance, previous account activity, your last
deposit date and amount, specific check information,
and interest information.
-
The loan account menu gives access to your consumer
or mortgage loan account balance, payment and payoff
information, and interest information.
-
The time deposit account menu gives access to your time
deposit balance, interest information and maturity date.
-
Action keys on your telephone key pad are as follows.
8 will return you to the previous menu. 9 will repeat
the menu you are in. 0 will transfer you to a customer
service representative during regular banking hours.
